Grace Montessori School

Grace Montessori School is open from 6:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Monday through Friday

Each of our classrooms within Grace Montessori School, Basic Trust, Combo A and Combo B, has a Montessori trained and qualified teacher in the classroom.

BASIC TRUST: The class is specially designed to give hands-on experiences and increase self-confidence in the 18 to 36 month old. Children do not have to be potty trained. The focus is on care of self, care of environment, grace, courtesy and beginning concepts in Math and Language.

Full day:                        7:30 – 4:30

Half day:                        (incl. lunchtime)8:30 – 12:30 

3 days:                          8:30 - 12:30

5 days:                          8:30 - 3:15

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be sure that when you register, you let us know which time slot and days you are seeking so that we can best suit the needs of you and your child. Three day programs will be given on a first come first served basis. Please make sure that the time slot you choose is the exact time slot you are in need of as changes are not easily made due to guidelines of the student teacher ratio. We need to know in advance how many teachers we will need to make sure the children are getting the best educational experience possible.

COMBINATION / KINDERGARTEN CLASS: This class is the traditional Montessori classroom with children ages 3 to 6 years old. The morning class will consist of individualized instruction in the areas of Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Cultural Studies. Each area supports the child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. The Kindergarten child will have additional class time to expand their knowledge in each of above areas, with a concentration in Language, Math, and Cultural Studies.

Full Extended Day:                                          6:30 – 5:00

Half day:                                                        (includes lunch time)8:30 – 12:30 

All day Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten:       8:30 - 3:15 

Very limited space 3 days:                               8:30 - 12:30

NOTE: Schedules can be adjusted, please speak with the school's Directress if you have any concerns or questions.
 

  • Kindergarten is available for half day or full day. 

  • All children are to bring their own lunch daily.

  • Children enrolling in the Combo A, Combo B, and Kindergarten classes must be fully toilet trained as we do not have the proper facilities for changing diapers in those classrooms

  • Extended day hours are charged by the hour at the rate of $4.50 an hour if a child is picked up after scheduled block times. 

  • Tuition is due on the 5th of each month, a late charge of $30.00 will be added on the 6th if not paid on time.

  • We follow the same Holiday schedule as the Mtn. Home School District. 

  • A 5% discount is given to siblings enrolled.

 

We have designed various schedules to best suit your childcare needs. These set schedules ensure that two adults will be present during class time, even if there are low numbers of children present. This will increase individualized attention and instruction to each child. 

 

AT REGISTRATION:

​

  • A $80.00 NONREFUNDABLE registration fee is due for all classes.

  • A supply list will be given for combination and kindergarten classes.

  • School supplies are $25.00 for each class.

  • Returning students will need to fill out a new registration form.

  • New students who begin at the second semester in January, will pay a $80.00 registration fee and half of the supply list.

  • As of June 2020, there will be a $100.00 charge when registering, this will be applied to your May tuition.

  • Tuition is based on 9 1/2 months of school days only.

  • If a student begins before the 15th of the month they will pay a full months tuition, if a student begins after the 15th they will pay 1/2 of the months tuition.
